2020-2021: Price remained steady at $0.13/kWh.
2022: Dropped to $0.10/kWh.
2023: Slight increase to $0.12/kWh.
2024: Decreased again to $0.10/kWh.
2025: Projected to rise back to $0.13/kWh.
