The Centre for Environmental Management and Sustainable Energy (CEMSE) is an organization established under the laws of Ghana to conduct research and advocacy in areas of energy security, sustainability, and environmental management. The center uses secondary and primary research to contribute to policy formulations in accessibility and affordability of energy sources without compromising their impact on the environment.
