LPG Consumption in Ghana: A Regional Breakdown
Data from the Center for Environmental Management and Sustainable Energy (CEMSE), based on Ghana's 2021 Population and Housing Census (PHC), reveals interesting trends in Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) consumption across the country's regions. Greater Accra tops the chart with a significant 68.2% LPG consumption rate. Ashanti and Western regions follow closely with 38.1% and 37.7%, respectively. On the flip side, the North East and Savanna regions trail behind with mere 4.2% and 4.3% adoption rates.
